Alderney Cost Line

The closest of the islands to France, Alderney feels more remote than any of the other islands and can give any visiting boater the chance to get away from it all. Accessible from Guernsey year round by air and from April to September by boat this small island welcomes visiting sailors from all over and has an active junior section with RYA instruction courses running throughout the summer.

If you are new to boating why not go on an Island Boat tour on the Voyager and Lady Maris II which will take you around the island where you can learn the island history and explore Shipwrecks and natural wildlife.

You can also try sea kayaking and explore the beautiful Longhis Bay in a transparent kayak or maybe check out Corblets Beach on the north coast of Alderney for the best place for windsurfing.

If you want to try the fun side of water sports then head over to this Island for Alderney Week which takes place in August and involves fun, games, music and a lot of water based activities.
