Wales is buzzing with watersports activity and with 700 miles of coastline to explore, theres something for everyone. The Pembrokeshire Coast is the UK's only coastal National Park and an award-winning destination with many of its beaches holding Blue Flags. As well as brilliant sailing venues there are loads of windsurfing, powerboating and canoeing opportunities. Cardiff's new Olympic-standard Canoe Slalom Centre, Cardiff International White Water, is the UKs first on demand white water facility.

Wales is alive with wildlife including dolphins, sea birds and seals who captivating sightseers who venture out on boats to visit them. For those with a head for heights, Wales boasts the Llangollen Canal and the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, an imposing masterpiece of civil engineering built by Thomas Telford. Take a narrow boat over this extraordinary structure as the Llangollen Canal glides through the stunning North Wales scenery?
